An under thread supply device of a sewing machine is provided to supply directly the under thread from an under thread cone, thereby performing a sewing work continuously. An outside winder(150) is rotated by a hollow type driving shaft(110) and has a winder tip. An inside winder(170) is rotatably combined with the outside winder. A bobbin cap(190) is fixedly installed at the inside winder and fixed by a winder guide. A penetration hole is formed at the center of the outside winder so that an under thread passing through the hollow type driving shaft is penetrated. A guide hole is penetrated from the left side to the right side of the winder tip so that the under thread is penetrated. A tension control member is equipped to the guide hole and controls the tension passing through the guide hole. A guide tube(130) is equipped into the hollow type driving shaft and the penetration hole of the outside winder.
