A set of parts for assembly for remote fluid delivery, without mains water supply cessation, comprises: first tap 2 adapted to be connected into the mains supply pipe; a second tap (3, Figure 5) to be positioned at a remote location; and a fluid conduit, connecting the taps when assembled. First tap 2 may comprise a self tapping, pipe piercing tap, with a double check valve to obviate back flow and hinged saddle type connector 7 for mounting on a mains pipe 1 without interrupting supply; a threaded hole in saddle connector 7 may receive self tapping tap 2. A one piece tap (Figure 8) is also independently claimed having an elongate body with a fluid inlet (16), a fluid outlet (17) parallel to the input and spaced longitudinally on the body, a stop cock (18), and an abutment (19) adjacent the inlet, laterally arranged with the length of the body, for mounting the tap. |
