A washing machine is provided to easily store a cord by winding the cord on a holding section when a remote monitor is not used. A washing machine includes a remote monitor and a holder(20). The remote monitor displays information of the washing machine. A cord is connected to the remote monitor. The remote monitor is seated on the holder. A holding section for winding the cord is formed in the holder. The holding section includes a vertical protruding section(32) vertically protruding from the holder so that the cord can be wound around the vertical protruding section. The holding section includes horizontal protruding sections(34,36) protruding from an upper portion of the vertical protruding portion so that the cord wound around the vertical protruding section can be caught toward the upper side. |
