Abovementioned components are blended in specific component ratio, in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized. Claimed product has digestion value of 5x104. ^ EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value. |
