FIELD: manufacture of ceramic materials; production of acid-resistant substances. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ceramic mix is produced by addition of microsilica of ferro-silicon and ferro-alloy production process at content of amorphous SiO2 of 95-98% into ceramic mix containing high-fusing clay, chamotte from high-fusing clay at size of fraction of 0.5-1.0 mm and chamotte from high-fusing clay at size of fraction of 1.0-2.0 mm at the following ratio of components, mass-%: high-fusing clay, 40-70; microsilica of ferro-silicon and ferro-alloy production process at content of amorphous SiO2 of 95-98%, 10-25; chamotte from high-fusing clay at size of fraction of 0.5-1 mm,, 10-20; chamotte from high-fusing clay at size of fraction of 1-2 mm, 10-15. ^ EFFECT: enhanced mechanical strength and heat resistance. ^ 2 tbl |
