FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: quasi-electrostatic field is generated in communication system on side of card device (ticket check and accumulation device) in compliance with identification signal (notifying signal) modulated in compliance with identification information (notifying information)on internal electrode (side-surface electrode) for electrolyzing person's body. Displacement in strength of information conveying quasi-electrostatic field isotropically formed in close proximity of person's body within ticket check and accumulation device (card device) is detected through aide-surface electrode (internal electrode) and then identification information (notifying information) is demodulated by means of field-effect transistor using results of detection.
