摘要 FIELD: medicine, orthopedic implantology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested pseudoflexible biocompatible functionally-gradient material for osseous implants consists of titanium, niobium and tantalum at a certain ratio of components. Material is of double-phase structure including mechanically instable beta-phase and orthorhombic martensite. The surface of material is covered with a protective film made of titanium oxide. The method for obtaining pseudoflexible biocompatible functionally-gradient material for osseous implants deals with manufacturing Ti-Ta-Nb alloy due to the method of 3-5-fold vacuum arched remelting. Then fabricated parts out of this alloy should be thermomechanically processed within 950-800°C at deformation degree being about 30-60%. Then these parts should obtain geometrical form of the implants due to mechanical processing at a room temperature to prevent local heating of processed parts. One should locate the obtained implants in quartz ampoules evacuated up to the pressure of 10-2 mm mercury column to fulfill recrystallization annealing of implants in quartz ampoules during 4-48 h at 900°C followed finally with water quenching along with breaking the ampoules. The material suggested provides high terms of osseous implants service due to the effect of pseudoflexibility and, also, due to the safety of a man as a result of excluding the availability of metal ions penetration the human body. This method is technologically simplified and enables to obtain the material for osseous implants with stable properties. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 4 cl, 1 tbl
