The invented herein adjustable roasting grid is composed of the metal support frame-main body 1, two moving bars 2m, one shaft with right-left thread 3, two elements for the transmission of motion 4 and the control-long rod 5. The thread 3 is rotated by the control-long rod 5 in the clockwise or anticlockwise sense, it constrains the two motion-transmitting elements 4 spaced out or converged to convert the rotary motion into oscillation so that through the articulations the two moving bars 2 may be in position to move up and down. The invention operates in hot conditions and is firmly set at the centre of the fireplace. The thread 3 sets into rotation the two moving bars 2 so that the distance of the grid from fire may be regulated and theuseful temperature achieved; in this way, the user may select the desired distance between grid and fire, at convenience. |
