A method for operating a guard lamp maintenance/civil application processing system based on the internet and a digital map is provided to enable each self-government to systematically/scientifically manage an installation, discard, and maintenance result of guard lamps with a database by using a GIS(Geographic Information System). Installation location coordinates and property information of the guard lamp are registered in a field by storing the digital map or the GIS to a mobile terminal or a notebook computer. If map data is updated, and location and property information of the guard lamp are changed in the map data, a manager inputs, corrects, and deletes changed contents. A guard lamp failure report is received by checking the location of the guard lamp in a detail map and a site photo(26). The civil applicant, the maintenance company, and the manager checks a received civil application in real-time, and outputs a drawing or the map. The maintenance company enables the civil applicant and the manager to confirm a processing result through the Internet by inputting the processing result to a guard lamp management server(33). |
