The rubbing cloth, a manufacturing method thereof and a rubbing apparatus having the same are provided to directly attach the rubbing cloth to a rubbing roller through an adhesive, thereby reducing the working time. The fur is formed at the first surface(110) of the rubbing cloth in order to rub the surface of an alignment layer with a constant direction. The adhesion material is coated on the second surface(120) in order to contact with an external device. The second surface of the rubbing cloth is attached and wound to a rubbing roller. The rubbing cloth is arranged at a rubbing table so that the first surface of the rubbing cloth is contacted with the rubbing table. The rubbing roller is arranged in parallel to the second surface of the rubbing cloth and then rotated and moved so that the rubbing cloth is wound to the rubbing roller through the second surface as a contact surface. |
