A device for transporting and cleaning roots and tubers consists of a frame, a feeding table, a baffle brush, a cleaner as a cleaning unit mounted as an inclined one, formed by cylindrical driven rollers, which counterrotate pairwise, above which an activator is arranged, and also of an unloader. Rollers of the cleaning unit are arranged longitudinally and form the concavity, inside which two driven grated disks of the activator are arranged at the distance from each other with gaps narrowing downwards. An angle of incline to longitudinal axes of the rollers of the upper disk is lesser than an angle of incline of the lower disk, and directions of rotational movements thereof are opposite.
