The invention concerns the apparatuses for creating of high pressure and temperature (AHPT), and can be used for treating the models of different purpose, for example, for the synthesis of the superhard materials, such as diamond and cubic nitride of boron, and also for sintering of polycrystals on their basis. In AHPT, which contains two steel matrices with central hollows on the ends turned to each other, pressed into the blocks of fastening rings, and container mounted in the hollows with a cavity for positioning the model. In accordance with the invention matrices are made from steel with hardness HRC 59-64, and the ratio of the area of cross section of hollow to the area of transverse cross section of matrix makes 0.28- 0.31. It is ensured the significant decrease of plastic deformation of matrices during operation, thanks to which the load on the blocks of fastening rings and AHPT service life are increased.
