Provided is a flame spread prevention fireproof plate structure which is composed of a single plate or a vertical and a slide fireproof plate, and installed outside an outer wall of a balcony so as to adjust a shield and to block the flame effectively and automatically so as to extend an indoor space maximally. The flame spread prevention fireproof plate structure comprises: a fixed plate(10); a fixing unit(20,20'), fastening the fixed plate(10) on an outer wall(W) of a balcony; a vertical fireproof plate(30), which is connected to a lower end of the fixed plate(10) by means of a hinge(H), and is overlapped with the outer wall(W) so that an upper end of the vertical fireproof plate(30) is fixed by a hanging cover(50) fixed to the outer wall(W); and an elastic member, installed between the fixed plate(10) and the hanging cover(50) on the outer wall(W).
