METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING DYNAMIC DIGITAL CONTENT RIGHT

A method and a system for managing a dynamic digital content right are provided to discriminate a user illegally using DCRP contents and restrict DCRP contents by applying a function of a virus program to the encrypted or non-encrypted DSRP contents. A device(110) plays the DCRP contents. A DCRP content providing server(120) generates and provides the DCRP contents to the device if the device requests download of the DCRP contents. A DCRP right issuance server(130) generates a license for the DCRP contents requested from the device. If the device requests the download of the DCRP contents, the DCRP content providing server requests the DCRP right issuance server to issue the license by transmitting DCRP content information, user information, and device information to the DCRP right issuance server. The DCRP content providing server generates the DCRP contents by packaging a DCRP agent applying the function of the virus program and an installing module for installing the DCRP agent into the DCRP contents.
