PAD FOR A STEAM CLEANER TREATED WITH NANO-SILVER AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF

A pad for a steam cleaner treated with nano-silver and a method for processing the same are provided to improve the antifungal force of the pad itself by treating the outermost layer of the pad with nano-silver. A pad for a steam cleaner treated with nano-silver includes an outermost layer and a middle layer. The outermost layer is formed of a micro fiber for wiping the contaminated bottom surface. The middle layer controls the penetration of steam. The outermost layer is treated with nano-silver. A method for processing the pad includes the steps of: diluting a silver-silica complex material in a clean water to manufacture a diluted liquid; submerging a micro fiber material in the diluted liquid for a predetermined period of time; and flattening and drying the submerged micro fiber with tenter(23). The tenter is operated at a speed of 20~60 m/min and a temperature of 150~200 degrees Celsius.
