A homepage for providing a moving picture as background is provided to display the moving image captured in real-time to the background of the homepage and enable a visitor to understand main contents of the homepage without reading contents by displaying the real-time moving picture to the background of the homepage. The homepage comprises the background(3) providing the data captured in an imaging device in real-time by streaming and the contents(2) formed on the streamed background by using Macromedia Flash. The moving picture captured through the imaging device is encoded and streamed to the background of the homepage.
