摘要 A method of marking sausages includes making marks on surface thereof. While marking the sausages with natural casings the marks are made by a method of thermal action on the surface of the casing by a branding stamp heated up to a temperature of 180-210 DEGREE C, for 0.3-0.9 seconds.
