A method for controlling the seed sowing rate on precision seeders allows ensuring the minimum sifting value at any seed sowing rate and speed of moving of a seed-feeding unit, obtaining information while the deviation from the given seed-sowing rate, taking into account the sign of this deviation, is low, that is larger or lesser than the given rate, sowing of the seed in a concrete sowing unit is carried out.
