The invention relates to the reproduced surface-active substances, which consist of artificial phospholipids and peptides, that are capable to reduce an air-fluid surface-tension in particular reproduced superficially-active substances, which contain certain phospholipid mixtures and artificial peptides, which are the analogs of the natural superficially-active substance of protein SP-C for treatment of respiratory distress syndroms (RDS) and other diseases, which relate to a dysfunction of the pulmonary superficially-active substances.
