The method for treatment of endocrine sterility comprises the use of reproductive technologies with the determination of the thyrotropic hormone (TTH), free triiodothyronine (fT3) and free thyroxin (fT4) concentrations in the blood serum. The thyrotropic hormone level is determined by the TTH methods of the III generation, the antithyroid antibodies for the thyroid peroxidase and thyreoglobulin are determined also. The in vitro impregnation is carried out since the second month after the performed correction of iodine deficiency.
