A plasma display panel is provided to prevent mixture of different colors of phosphors between channels and to suppress the generation of crosstalk by forming a first and a second channels having different widths on barrier ribs. A rear substrate(211) is disposed at a position facing a front substrate(201). A plurality of barrier ribs(212) are formed between the front substrate and the rear substrate in order to define a plurality of discharge cells. A first channel(C1) having a predetermined width is formed at a first position of the barrier ribs. A second channel(C2) having a width different from the second channel is formed at a second position of the barrier ribs.
