A DC/AC converter is provided to remove a 50% frequency sweeper from the DC/AC converter by controlling plural FET(Field Effect Transistors) according to a parallel control scheme rather than a serial control scheme. A DC/AC converter includes a DC voltage source(110), a switching unit(120), a transformer(130), a load(140), a feedback controller(150), a signal controller(160), and an FET driver(170). The switching unit includes four FETs. The transformer includes first and second windings(131,132). The load is parallel-coupled with the second winding of the transformer. The load includes a CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp)(141) installed on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel. The feedback controller includes an error amplifier(151), a comparator(152), and an oscillator(153). The signal controller receives an output signal from the comparator and a clock signal from the oscillator. The signal controller outputs a control signal for parallel-controlling the FETs with each other.
