An apparatus and a method for providing vibration stimulation is provided to measure his/her body condition, like body composition, by using a Bioelectrical Impedance analysis so as to give him/her the vibration stimulation suitable for his/her measured body condition. The vibration stimulating apparatus comprises: a frame(30); a pair of handles(33), connected to the frame(30) so that a user grasps them by both hands; four electrically conductive electrodes(E5 to E8), arranged respectively in the each handle(33) in such a manner that each two electrodes(E5,E6) or (E7,E8) are distanced from each other; a vibrating plate(23), arranged in the frame(30); a vibration generating unit, connected to the vibrating plate(23); a data input unit(15), arranged in the frame(30); and a controller, measuring user's impedance by using the electrically conductive electrodes(E5 to E8), and calculating user's body composition value by estimating the measured impedance value and the information of user's body, which are input by the data input unit(15), and finally controlling the vibration generating unit, so that the latter generates the vibration with a frequency determined according to the body composition value.
