A check valve for a compression pack is provided to easily stack plural compression packs by making the height of the check valve low and to maximally restrict the inflow of external air by keeping a contact state for a long period of time by a packing member. In the check valve(100) installed at a packing bag to open and close an air passage making the air flow into or out of the packing bag, a valve body(110) is installed at the packing bag and composed of a placing part(111) having a through-hole perforated through the bottom side to form the air passage and a packing member(116) for opening and closing the through-hole. A locking member(130) is rotatably disposed in the placing part to close up the through-hole by pressing the packing member and composed of a guide sill(134) formed along the outer rim and slid along a spiral guide rib(114) formed on the inside of the placing part; a disc member(131) having at least one opening unit perforated; and a knob(132) installed on the upside of the disc member. A guide member(140) is assembled to the placing part to guide the rotation of the locking member not to separate the locking member from the placing part. A fixing disc(150) is assembled to the valve body to fix the valve body to the packing bag.
