A method for preparing a Chinese cabbage transformant using a flower stalk tissue is provided to obtain the high efficient transformation rate and provide the Chinese cabbage transformant with increased soft rot resistance. The method for preparing a Chinese cabbage transformant comprises a step of transfecting Agrobacterium tumefaciens such as Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 strain into flower stalk tissues of the Chinese cabbage which is a J3-11M-44 family, and then tissue-culturing it. A foreign gene, BcPGIP(polygalacturonase- inhibiting protein), or npt II gene is introduced in the Agrobacterium tumefaciens.
