A tool for throwing a fish bait is provided to easily assemble parts by simplifying the structure of a shaft rod rotation preventing unit and to keep a shaft rod clean and firm. In the tool for throwing a fish bait, a rear end of a shaft rod(2) having a scoop(3) at the front end is inserted into a moving hole(11) formed on a grip along an axial line to adjust the exposure length of the shaft rod. A square guide rod(6) is fitted into a square guide rod hole(12) formed at the rear end of the grip in the same center of the moving hole. A slide(5) having a square guide rod hole(53), a hanging sill(52) for a stopper(7), and a shaft rod fixing shaft(51) is stuck to the guide rod. The rear end of the shaft rod entering the front end of the moving hole is fitted into the shaft of the slide. The stopper for controlling the moving width of the slide and a shaft rod fixing clamp(4) are installed at the front end of the moving hole.
