BUILDING VIBRATION REDUCING METHOD USING SKYBRIDGE

A building vibration reducing structure using a skybridge and a method thereof are provided to reduce vibration occurring in buildings by performing the vibration control relative to two horizontal directions of the building. A building vibration reducing structure comprises a skybridge(30) which is horizontally connected between two adjacent buildings(10), and vibration reducing devices(20) which are installed at lower parts of four corners of the skybridge(30). An interval between the vibration reducing devices(20) is equal to a width of the skybridge(30). The four corners serve as connection parts between the two buildings(10) and the skybridge(30). The vibration reducing device(20) includes a lead rubber bearing or a viscous damper.
