Protections against cold for fishing are provided to enable a user to fish more warmly even in a cold weather, and to prevent surrounding interference that a fishing rod or a fishing line is caught on a tent, when fishing. The protections against cold for fishing include: a thermal cover supporting member(2) having vertical pillars(8,8a,8b,8c) and horizontal supporting rods(12,12a,12b,12c) assembled and disassembled by respective connection tools(11,11a,11b), and a space part(7) for receiving a heater and a user's knee part; a thermal cover(3) for blocking a cold air from flowing in the space part by covering the thermal cover supporting member; a holder(4) for fixing a fishing supporter(5) by being clamped on the horizontal supporting rod; and the fishing supporter detachable from the holder, and having plural fishing supporting tools(24).
