The proposed moisture transducer for free-flowing bulk material contains a detecting element and a measuring transducer. The detecting element contains a measuring electrode made of conductive material, which is installed at a holder, and an isolating plate with screening electrodes, which is installed between the measuring electrode and the holder. The measuring transducer contains an oscillator, a controlled phase changer, and a transformer. To the secondary winding of the transformer, two identical measuring circuits are connected. Each measuring circuit contains a charge amplifier, a phase-sensitive rectifier, and a low-pass filter. The output of one of the measuring circuits is connected to the input of the phase changer. The measuring electrode and screening electrodes are inserted in the circuit of the primary winding of the transformer. The proposed transducer is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy and improved performance.
