<p>An organic light emitting display is provided to prevent the degradation of the driving characteristics of a thin film transistor, by suppressing the generation of a photo leakage current by blocking the inflow of light into a channel region of the thin film transistor. A substrate member has a plurality of pixel regions. A number of thin film transistors(10,20) are formed in each pixel region. A data line(171) is arranged along one edge in each pixel region. A common voltage line(172) is arranged along the other edge at each pixel region and is in parallel with the data line. A first pixel electrode(710) is connected to one thin film transistor electrically, and is formed at each pixel region. An organic film is formed on the first pixel electrode. A second pixel electrode is formed on the organic film. One edge of the first pixel electrode adjacent to the data line is overlapped with the data line.</p> |
