A system for automatically assembling a disposable gas lighter and filling the gas lighter with a gas is provided to mechanically and automatically perform all processes for assembling the gas lighter, filling the gas, and sealing the gas lighter. A system for automatically assembling a disposable gas lighter and filling the gas lighter with a gas includes a fuel container supply unit, a fuel container feeding unit, an insert insertion unit, an insert fusing unit, a sealing plug insertion unit, a gas filling and sealing unit, a lighter body assembling unit, a control section(13), and an alarm unit. The gas lighter includes a fuel container(101) and an insert(110). The control section controls the operational states of the units. If the control section determines that a problem is generated in the operational states of the units, the alarm unit displays it.
