A soft capsule composition comprising solubilized talniflumate and a producing method thereof are provided to rapidly express medical efficacy of talniflumate in human body by improving release speed and rate, and body absorption of talniflumate. The soft capsule composition comprises 34-42 parts by weight of talniflumate, 49-62 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, 8-16 parts by weight of diethanolamine and 5-6 parts by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and further comprises 250 milligram of gelatin, 87.5 milligram of glycerin, 37.5 milligram of di-sorbitol solution, 1.1 milligram of ethylvanillin, 1.0 milligram of paraoxybenzoic acid methyl and 0.07 milligram of paraoxybenzoic acid propyl per capsule.
