SUCTION MUFFLER STRUCTURE FOR COMPRESSOR

A suction muffler structure for a compressor is provided to reduce and simplify a suction path for reducing resistance in refrigerant flow and block heating of the refrigerant by inner heat of a casing, thereby preventing loss of refrigerant suction. A suction muffler structure for a compressor includes a lower case(110) formed with an inlet(111) connected to a gas suction pipe. An upper case(120) is formed with an outlet(121) connected to an inlet of the cylinder block. A linear path(130) is coupled with at least one of the upper and lower cases and directly connects the inlet connected to the gas suction pipe to the outlet connected to the inlet of the cylinder block.
