FIELD: metallurgy, namely steel melting production, possibly process of killing low carbon rimming steel. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of sustaining manganese content in metal before discharging it from converter in range 0.13 -0.30%; at discharging metal from converter introducing to it in addition ferrosilico-manganese or ferrosilicon; successively adding per 1t of steel 0.1 - 0.7 kg of aluminum, 1.5 -3.0 kg of ferrosilico-manganese or 0.4 - 0.8 kg of ferrosilicon and then ferromanganese; after adding aluminum at discharging metal from converter introducing ferrotitanium in quantity 1.3 - 1.6 kg/t of steel. Invention provides minimum rejected quantity up to 0.11 - 0.13% of additional scrap at rolling ingots, reduced quantity up to 0.06 - 0.08% of rejected blanks. ^ EFFECT: less loss of yield. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex, 1 tbl |
