The second tongue-shaped skin graft is cut out in symmetrical position. Receiving bed is created by making incision from the columella base to the cicatricially changed nose tip. Cuts are prolonged to nose tip with transition to medial nose wing regions. Two symmetric skin grafts are cut out near nose tip and medial nose wing regions, and overthrown by 180° to compensate mucosa defect in this area. Tongue-shaped skin grafts are lifted and sutured to nose tip. The grafts are sutured to each other and to the mobilized mucous septum edges and the columella base.
