An electronically controlled suspension system and an anti-dive control method are provided to perform an anti-dive control by using information on the brake pressure at the initial stage of the braking operation of a vehicle through data communication with a brake. An electronically controlled suspension system includes damping force varying dampers and a suspension control unit(120). The damping force varying dampers are installed on the sides of a front wheel and a rear wheel respectively. The suspension control unit obtains the reduction speed of the vehicle by using information on the brake pressure of a brake. If the obtained reduction speed is larger than a preset reference reduction speed, the suspension control unit performs an anti-dive control by regulating the damping force of the damping force varying damper. The suspension control unit includes a reduction speed acquiring block(122) and comparison blocks(124a,124b). |
