A lid equipped with a spoon is provided to be used regardless of the contents of a container by joining the spoon to be vertically moved, to firmly hold the spoon by a grip combined to the spoon, and to easily rotate the spoon in adjusting the penetration depth of the spoon into the container. A spoon(20) is combined to the lid(10) closing up a container to slide to the lid at a right angle. A boss having female threads along the inner peripheral surface is formed near the center of the lid. Male threads joined with the female threads of the boss are formed at a stick of the spoon. An insertion groove is formed at the upper end of the spoon stick and a grip(30) is fitted to the insertion groove. A spoon holder(40) is formed at the lateral side of the container.
