A composition comprising plant extracts is provided to be usefully used for improving skin wrinkle by promoting collagen synthesis and having no cell toxicity and skin stability. The skin wrinkle improving composition comprises at least one extract selected from the group consisting of an extract of Forsythia koreana, an extract of Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum, an extract of Aralia elata, an extract of Oenanthe javanica, an extract of Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, an extract of Allium tuberosum, an extract of Houttuynia cordata, an extract of Rhododendron indicum, an extract of Sanquisorbae officinalis L., an extract of maize leaves, an extract of green peas, an extract of Brassica campestris subsp. napus var. nippo-oleifera, an extract of Sasa borealis, and an extract of Taraxacum platycarpum H. DAHLST. Each of the dried extract as much as 0.001-10.0 wt.% of the total weight is contained in the composition.
