A ball-spring overload-release clutch has driving and driven half-clutches connected to each other by balls installed in radial openings of driven half-clutch and spring-supported to slots at outer cylindrical surface of driving half-clutch and placed coaxially between half-clutches movable in axial direction block bush with tabs that go to slots at outer cylindrical surface of driving half-clutches and form with its outer surface common cylindrical surface, and mechanism of axial displacement of block bush. Outer cylindrical surface of block bush is made smooth, and mechanism of axial displacement of block bush - as pre-stressed springy element placed between the ends of driving half-clutch and blocking plug installed with possibility of free motion along the axis of driving half-clutch and free rotation together with it with respect to driven half-clutch.
