A device for uniform loading of the load-lifting mechanism of auto- and electric loaders contains a carriage of vertical displacement, on which the pitchforks, two feeders, control unit, electrohydraulic distributor and two hydraulic cylinders are mounted. In this case the pitchforks are made with flat cross section and mounted on the carriage with possibility of lateral displacement, hydraulic cylinders are fastened to the carriage and with each of the pitchforks, each feeder is mounted on the rear part of the rack of pitchforks and is connected with the control unit, which is connected through the electrohydraulic distributor with hydraulic cylinders. The device additionally contains a valve- distributor of the flow, which is connected with electrohydraulic distributor and each hydraulic cylinder.
