摘要 Provided are a catalyst for oxidizing carbon monoxide for a reformer of a fuel cell system, which is superior in activity and selectivity to a carbon monoxide oxidation reaction, and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst(1) for oxidizing carbon monoxide for a reformer of a fuel cell system comprises: a granule type carrier(2); a clay-based active material(3) including a clay component and an active material; and at least one binder(4) selected from the group consisting of cerium oxide, zirconium oxide, and a combination thereof. The granule type carrier(2) is coated with a mixture of the clay-based active material(3) and the binder(4) and has a particle size of 0.1-5mm.
