CASE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE WITH THE SAME

A receiving case and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) adapting the same are provided to easily solve a quality problem of a mold frame. A backlight assembly(200) is arranged at the lower portion of an LCD panel(100) and includes a lamp, a light guide panel and an optical sheet. A sidewall is extended upwardly and vertically from the edge of a lower chassis(560). A mold frame is constructed by plural mold frame pieces separated from the edge of the lower chassis with a constant distance. The mold frame pieces include a corner side mold frame piece(540) having a shape corresponding to the corner of the lower chassis. An edge side mold frame piece(550) is formed with a straight line shape. Two edge side mold frame pieces are installed to the corner of the lower chassis at right angles. A fixing hook is formed to the mold frame pieces. A fixing hole is formed at the lower chassis and combined with the fixing hook.
