A horizontal helical conveyer consists of a chute with a cover, loading and unloading branch pipes, a screw, radial and radial thrust bearings and drive. The screw is made with double walls, in which from nonworking side the sprayers of liquid (water) are mounted. The inter-wall space of screw is connected with the cavity of tubular screw shaft by two openings located at the opposite ends of the screw. At outlet ends of the tubular screw shaft, which are located beyond the limits of chute, the sealing sleeves are installed and two radial openings are made. Upstream of the unloading branch pipe in the lower part of the chute the sensor of humidity and temperature sensor of transported load are mounted, that with the help of electrical conductors are connected to two adjustable chokes, which are mounted into the force main of hydraulic pump. The filter with safety valve is installed on thedrain line.
