A method for charging watered wells with explosive substance includes operations of installation of initiation means in well, lowering to well on load lower end of section of water-impermeable elastic shell upper end of which is fixed on rigid bush suspended on flexible elements fixed on surface of well, placement of charging hose to section of water impermeable elastic shell through rigid bush, supply of explosive substance with formation of column of charge in explosive part of well and filling in filling section of the well. Before placement of charging hose to well one forms reaming in its front section.
