Industrial method for thermo-renewal of walls of buildings is in attachment of heat-noise insulating plates made in plant production to outer surface of walls, with building elements for pin installation. Before fixation of heat-noise insulating plates one attaches to walls glue balls, or by means of mechanical means -special mounting slats by system of ventilated fa?ade, according to structural elements of plates for pin installation. At mounting group of plates, one installs between those deformation elastic inserts, at that design of heat-noise insulation plates provides liquidation of cold bridges for insulated walls.
