The method for surgical treatment of patient with lungs destructive tuberculosis comprises the thoracoplasty with the single-stage lung resection. In addition, the soft tissues cutting is carried out only along the internal edge of scapula in semilateral patient position (45 DEGREE ). The 4 and 3 ribs are totally periosteal deleted using tissue hydraulic preparation and only digital-tamponade removal if the costal surface of thorax is reached. Ribs are cut in the distance of 1-2 cm from the rib head, thoracotomy is carried out along the fourth intercostal space, the resection of certain lung volume is carried out, 2 and 1 ribs are totally deleted, phrenemphraxis is carried out, extrapleural apicolysis and mediastinal pneumolysis of bonelessparietal pleura are performed, the cervical pleura and boneless parietal pleura are sutured to the mediastinum. The pleura cavity is drained by two drainages the cut intercostal space is sutured with forming new cervical pleura.
