A method of dimensional machining of solids of revolution by electric arc with rotation of electrode-billet and radial supply without rotation of tool electrode with forcing of working fluid into the end clearance under manufacturing pressure through axial opening in the tool electrode consists in that the machining is accomplished during artificial throttling (head) flow at the outlet from the end inter-electrode clearance, for example, due to the contact end compression by electrode-billet of tubular bushing of soft (porous) rubber, which is tightly mounted on the external side of tool electrode.
