A tube transfer apparatus for a double-tube manufacturing machine is provided to increase adhesive power between both surfaces of a side belt and a tube by pushing the side belt. A tube transfer apparatus for a double-tube manufacturing machine includes an installation plate(10), a side surface conveyance part(20), and a lower surface conveyance part(30). The installation plate is vertically installed at the tube transfer apparatus. The side surface conveyance part is installed at an upper surface of the installation plate to convey a tube with supporting both surfaces thereof. The lower surface conveyance part is installed at the installation plate to convey the tube with supporting a lower surface thereof. The installation plate functions to support the side surface conveyance part and the lower surface conveyance part such that the side surface conveyance part and the lower surface conveyance part can be smoothly installed.
