FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying high-performance liquid chromatography in supernatant produced by precipitating blood plasma proteins with acetonitrile. To do it, Pronto SIL-120-5-C18AQ chromatographic column of 2x75 mm with particle size of 5 mcm is used. 0.1 M sodium dihydrophosphate solution and acetonitrile mixture is used as eluent with acetonitrile concentration gradient being from 0 to 50% and eluent flow supply rate being equal to 90 mcl/min, eluting volume 1500 mcl, chromatographic column temperature 35°C.
