SUBSTITUDED MODE OF TUNING OF RESISTIVE-STRAIN SENSORS WITH A BRIDGE MEASURING CIRCUIT ON A MULTIPLICATIVE TEMPERATURE ERROR

FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: the essence is in that the sensor is preliminary assembled and installed in the supply circuit of the bridge measuring scheme of a technological thermo-dependent compensating resistor with a maximum possible temperature coefficient of resistance and a coefficient of strain sensitiveness nearly equal per unit. This resistor is manufactured on technology of working resistive-strain sensors and installed on an elastic element in the zone of installation of the working sensitive-strain sensors. The nominal of that resistor must be deliberately of larger value then it is necessary for compensation of a multiplicative temperature error of the sensor. The sensor is installed in a technological connecting pipe with a nominal value of the stringing moment, the technological thermo-independent compensating resistor is abridged with a bridge. The deviation of the output signal of the sensor from the nominal measured parameter at normal and working temperatures is defined. Simultaneously the input resistance of the bridge circuit is measured at normal temperature. The bridge is taken away and the deviation of the output signal of the sensor from the nominal measured parameter at normal and working temperatures is defined once again. The nominal of the working thermo-independent compensatory resistor is calculated and installed into the scheme of the sensor by way of partial introduction of the technological thermo-independent compensating resistor. ^ EFFECT: increases manufacturability and accuracy.
